I have always thought myself as a pretty patient person, but working with groups of eight five-year-old students has really challenged this belief. We held a leadership training session for all Veritas Education mentors. The training was held to teach mentors communication, empathy, and team skills to help mentors learn how to work with their mentees and their peers more easily. The student leaders and mentors worked together to set up the leadership training for about 50 students from 24 schools.
