BranchOut!'s founding DMV chapter provides students with opportunities in STEM education, mentoring, leadership, and community outreach.

Chapter Mission

The seed of BranchOut!, an award-winning program from Veritas Education Leaders, was planted in the Washington D.C. area, driven by a simple yet powerful idea: to share STEAM knowledge and foster civic engagement.

Participate in one of BranchOut!’s core four programs or volunteer with one of our location’s in-person offerings.

Core Programs

Consisting of (1) Tutoring & Mentoring, (2) Innovator Program, (3) Explorer Magazine, (4) Community Workshops. All options provide valuable skills for emerging young adults.

Facilitate STEAM Camps with younger children to discover their STEAM interest through fruitful activities such as enrichment activities, mentoring, or both!

Teach and organize a regular curriculum to help students build public speaking skills!
