If you were part of BranchOut! last year (2024-2025) and are applying as a returning student, you may use this form and receive $10 off the regular application fee. Please note that, with this fee discount, you will not receive a new shirt from BranchOut! this year. If you skipped a year or want a BranchOut! t-shirt this year? Please complete the regular/new application form and pay the regular application fee.
