Returning Students Only

If you were part of BranchOut! in the 2025-2026 (from Sep 2025 to August 2026) school year and are applying as a returning student, you may use this form and receive $10 off the regular application fee. Please note that, with this fee discount, you will not receive a new shirt from BranchOut! this year. Returning applicants will not be interviewed. If you skipped a year or want a BranchOut! t-shirt this year? Please complete the regular/new application form and pay the regular application fee.
