From the DMV to Los Angeles, BranchOut! chapters bring mentorship, tutoring, and educational support to communities across the country. Explore each chapter below.

WHO WE ARE

Chapter Mission

BranchOut!'s Boston chapters mentor students through hands-on STEM education while fostering connections with seniors through community service, creating opportunities for learning, leadership, and intergenerational impact.

WHAT WE OFFER

Current Programs

BranchOut! Boston chapters offer programming with flexible scheduling, allowing mentors to volunteer at times that best suit their availability. Volunteer hours are recorded based on individual commitment.​

Community Art Center

BranchOut! Boston is partnering with The Community Art Center in Cambridge, MA for Summer 2026. Mentors will greet and play with students during arrival, support school-aged program summer classes, and assist educators with STEAM classes and activities.

  • Program runs 1-4 weeks and has limited space. 

Senior-Assisted Volunteering

BranchOut! Boston is partnering with a senior living center in the greater Boston area for one-time and weekly volunteer opportunities.

​​​

  • Participate in engaging conversation activities while connecting with other student volunteers and senior residents.

  • Play games, preform music, and share stories with residents 

Tutoring Plus

Mentors provide one-on-one academic mentoring across a variety of subjects, support upper elementary and middle school programs, contribute to community advocacy projects, and assist staff with small-group classroom management.

  • Consistent weekly volunteering commitment throughout the fall! Minimum 2 hours a week
