Briefly introduce yourself and explain why you are interested in becoming a mentor for BranchOut!:

Hey, I’m Anna Huang and I am a junior at Winston Churchill High School. I come from an environment where education has always valued and pushed heavily. From my family and friends to the schools I have attended, everyone I interacted with always made sure to tell me how important my education is. Because of such a supportive environment, I have been blessed with mentors and role models who have taught me life skills, knowledge, and different prospective through academic activities. My beliefs today very much mirror what I was taught- a good education and a love for learning have the power to change someone’s life. With strong educations come opportunities and experiences. However, not everyone seems to see this. With the world developing faster and faster, the education gap has also been growing with it due to obliviousness and neglect. Do people not see how much it would benefit everyone if more people were educated? It is very important to me to spread my belief in a good, solid, education because one will never know who the next Albert Einstein will be. The less educated people, the less chance we'll find another genius. Everyone deserves an education.
